I had been working with my CU to procure a Sportage for about 6 weeks through their CarFinder program and I was quite adamant that I wanted the Pearl White All-Wheel Drive SX with a Gray Leather interior - and they could not locate one other than in TX and the dealership wasn't not willing to trade. Chris took the time to explain why this was happening an also explaining that unless I was going to be spending a lot of time in the frozen north - the traction control would be good enough to keep me safe around Atlanta. He also took me and showed me all the exterior colors and after looking at them, I decided on the Sparkly Silver was a better option for me and he was able to find what I wanted locally and make a trade - I am SOOO happy!
