Worst experience ever. My wife and I had the worst car buying experience ever. Let me as narrative as possible, we went in with confirmed appointment on memorial day. We had done our research on Kia Sportage and I really wanted to buy that car. Everything was fine until the real part of actual negotiation started. Our assigned Sales Person was Tyler. He was excellent, but I think in his our enthusiasm to sell the car resulted in major goof ups. Tyler came back with a price which was completely off what was marked out on the web portal. As usual he went back and forth with his manager. As soon as my trade in appraisal came in, I told them, I am NOT willing to trade in my car. But I guess Tyler went back n forth with his manager and kept coming back with appraisal. They were not budging on any discounts and kept coming back to my trade in. I finally told Tyler that this wasn't going to work for us and got up and walked out of the dealership. Tyler came back as we walked out of the dealership and said his manager wants to Thank us. My wife and I thought it was social obligation and walked back in. Tyler's manager Tim started howling nonsense about the trade in and garbage. I said, you know what, I don't want to deal with you guys. Tim was making get out of here gesture and my wife said that's very rude. He responded back "Yes, I am very rude". I am surprised, how Tim is still an employee at this dealership. He doesn't know customer service 101. Overall I liked Tyler, but I think he has a long way because he needs to listen to what a customer is telling him. Well, this clearly ruined our holiday and I will never be recommending anybody to this showroom and whoever is running this business clearly needs to have a 1-1 talk with Mr.Rude. Btw, did I mention that we drove from Buckhead to meet this fate!! More

Chris Gardner was honest with us and so was the sales manger. In the end they did what they said they would do and gave us an awesome deal on my beautiful new Optima EX. They made the process easy and fast. If you are looking for an excellent salesman, Chris Gardner is who you are looking for and we will go back to Lou Sobh Kia and recommend them to all our friends. He was knowledgeable of every part of the vehicles we looked Chris Gardner at Lou Sobh Kia provided us with such a pleasurable car buying experience. During this time he was in contact with us giving us updates and promptly answered my calls/texts with several questions I had during this time also. Kevin Slatton's job is to sell cars. He did his job well. On 05-10-16 my wife Carole and I decided to visit your Kia dealership just TO LOOK not buy the Kia Minivan. It was our first visit to a dealership in On 05-10-16 my wife Carole and I decided to visit your Kia dealership just TO LOOK not buy the Kia Minivan. It was our first visit to a dealership in over 11 years. I had no preconceived idea of what was available on the car market, of prices, what options were available or even what kind of car I should buy. In short, we were totally unprepared to buy anything. Before I knew it, I bought a blue 2015 Cadenza with 25,000 miles on it. Then I got home and realized it was not the car I needed or wanted. So the next day I went back and bought a 2016 Kia Sorento without passenger adjustable seats and without lumbar support for a driver with a bad back (me). When I got home my wife sat on the passenger side and wanted me to take the car back for a car with adjustable passenger side seat. So on 05-14-16 I bought the 2017 Kia Sorento EX that I have now. Was everything that happened totally my fault...yes it was. I would have avoided a lot of stress and gotten exactly what I wanted from the beginning if I would have done a little research before visiting a dealership. Yes, I now have the car I want... but it took 5 days of stress and several sleepless nights to get it. It is not Kevin's fault that I am an idiot. More
