We appreciate the thoroughness of Lou Sobh Kia in identifying the needs of our Sorento. However, communication could have been better regarding completion times and availability of parts. Several tri identifying the needs of our Sorento. However, communication could have been better regarding completion times and availability of parts. Several trips back and forth were required to complete the work and delays caused schedule conflicts on our end. Estimate of needed repairs was over $500 above the quoted estimate and total charges reflected an overage of $300+, which was later removed. We had to make an extra trip because an incorrect part was ordered. We noticed a small amount of oil dripped in our carport after completion of the work, but that appears to have stopped. Still, we are pleased overall with the end product and plan to return. More
