I have a 2016 Kia Sorento that was just gone thru with a fine tooth comb. I feel very strongly that a door seal was change out of my car. My care has always been garage kept. I discovered several weeks ago that the door seal was severely worn. That is on the body side of the car. Mind you my wife has driven this car only so the passenger side would not be worn like it is.. they are the only dealer ship it has been to in 80000 miles. More

My Cadenza was in for service 4 times for the same problem. Each time I picked it up, the AC worked for two days then quit. The fourth time they kept it for more than a week. No loaner car, no complim problem. Each time I picked it up, the AC worked for two days then quit. The fourth time they kept it for more than a week. No loaner car, no complimentary rental and charged a deductible each time. Take your car elsewhere, the service techs here throw parts at a job rather than completing a proper diagnosis and fixing it right the first time. More
