Went in for a recall appointment that I made ahead of time. I confirmed the appt. Upon arrival, I confirmed what I was there for. I also got an oil change. After the 1.5 hr oil change (far too long), the time. I confirmed the appt. Upon arrival, I confirmed what I was there for. I also got an oil change. After the 1.5 hr oil change (far too long), they informed me that the 2 recall fixes couldn't be done because they needed to order parts. So now I need to return to the dealership again on a different day. More

My car was dropped off. I approved work to be done at 11:47. At 2:30 I get a call telling me I need to approve work. Then it got worse. I got another call telling me they w I approved work to be done at 11:47. At 2:30 I get a call telling me I need to approve work. Then it got worse. I got another call telling me they would need the car until 12 the next day. At 11:45 the next day , after not hearing from them, I call and they tell me they're "wrapping it up" and they'll call when it's done. I finally call back at 2:30pm. They tell me they'll have it ready by 2:45. I have my wife drop me off and they present me with a bill that's over $400 more than what I approved. Once again no communication. Just change the bill with no explanation. They did finally adjust the bill. BTW: I didn't want to get into detail on this but Liu Sobb saying they resolved this issue doesn't cover it. The only time they called me was to tell me I hadn't approved the work,which I had. They're lack of communication is systemic. I never heard from anyone after I picked up my car. I would think at the least a proper apology was in order. I can't trust them and won't be back. More
