We made an appointment for 8:45am. We got there at 8:20am. We did not leave until close to 11:30am. 3 hours for an oil change that we made an appointment for. Technician misdiagnosed warranty issue and just cleared codes. 2 days later light came back on, but i wasn’t able to drop off car again as its my daily driver. Quoted me over $5000 for a repair which was my 5th visit for and a VW known issue. More
