I had an incredible experience at Lou Sobh Volkswagen getting into my new GTI. From start to finish, the team took great care of me. Makayla Martin was an absolute rockstar. She completely broke the mold of the typical, mundane sales rep; she was candid, informative, and genuinely fun to work with. She made the entire process enjoyable and never hesitated to track down answers to any question I had. Mason was a class act as well, helping guide everything toward exactly where I wanted to be with the deal. I also want to shoutout Irnes, who made all the paperwork smooth, simple, and painless. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and spent plenty of time finalizing car deals, but the Lou Sobh family stood out. I’m super grateful for how well they took care of me.
