Our salesman, Greg and the Sales manager Bridgette, were so patient with us, answered all of our questions, and worked hard to make sure we got into a car that we loved even if though it wasn't a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram. They aren't pushy like most places, they were open and honest, extremely personable, and they really take care of you like you're family. I went to the dealership once to get an appraisal on my trade-in & order my Power Wagon, then once to exchange the two trucks. I never felt pressured nor had to negotiate a deal that was fair.
