Purchased my new ram 1500 which I am proud to own. Service after the sale was poor, managers do not return calls and are rude in general. The truck I bought before this purchase was from same dealer Service after the sale was poor, managers do not return calls and are rude in general. The truck I bought before this purchase was from same dealership but it was then called cardinal dodge. Great experience with them so I thought it would be nice doing business again. Highly recommended not to do business with this dealership More

Dealer add-ons a This is good so read the whole review. Maybe I should have read the reviews before driving almost 3 hours one way. Be careful! Dealer add-ons are a rip off and just another way to scam you out of your money. It started out with the salesman telling me that there may be an addendum associated with the Vin Number that could at up to $4900 over the Sticker price. Seriously, this should have been the only indication I needed that to get in my truck and leave. $399 Window tint(just the 2 front windows) $399 Nitrogen in the tires 😂😂😂😂 $699 Dent protection (they straight lied and said any dealership would cover a dent if we got one) Doc Fees? I forgot the price of the doc fees but by this time it was already apparent the games that were being played. I also asked about financing through Chrysler since they have a good rate and I have an 810 credit score. But I was told they didn’t offer it. 😂😂😂😂. Seriously! They had a lot of new and used vehicles on the lot, and now it makes sense. Had they not been playing games, they’d be selling more like all the other dealers we have visited. Also to the Manager. If you can get $15k over sticker in Florida(Seriously this is what he said to us), I suggest your haul them to Florida. But again, this was another lie. Because I was working with dealer in Florida through my Company purchase program and they offer the same Jeep at less than sticker. You should be ashamed! I would say “Thanks for wasting my time and fuel” but I took my whole family. So it was a good evening spent with them after all. And my kids got to see first hand how scam artist operate. Thanks, Hunt Jeep in Franklin, KY. For the good deal and not even trying to scam me and for selling my wife an awesome Jeep. More
Gavin our salesman was great to work with, not pushy let us take our time. He stayed in touch with me from the very start and even called the next day to make sure everything was ok and I was happy. Worst place ever these people are crooks. Left a review on a car I bought over a month ago and still don’t have and their answer is to come get a more expensive car and finance the balance and they call th on a car I bought over a month ago and still don’t have and their answer is to come get a more expensive car and finance the balance and they call this working with you and doing the right thing. Even when I picked a car the same price as the one purchased they tried to charge me more than the price it was listed for and I some how was going to owe them another 2-3 thousand dollars. They give you the run around and will screw you any way they can. They need to give me money back so I can get a car that isn’t in the shop for over a month that actually runs. More
I had to update my google review because of the service department. I had a scheduled drop off 2 weeks out and when I got there they didn't have a loaner per my request. On top of that they found a vehic department. I had a scheduled drop off 2 weeks out and when I got there they didn't have a loaner per my request. On top of that they found a vehicle for me to drive but wanted to charge a $55 day rental. I've upped this to 5 star thanks to Tate in the service department for reaching out and taking care of my issues the same day. More

I'M offended, appalled, insulted and even SHOCKED they think someone is stupid enough to buy it!! Guess as they say, a sucker born every minute! Soooo many problems with it, the FREAKING A/C didn't even work (kind of important dont you think!) the EXHAUST SYSTEM WAS RUSTED, YES I SAID RUSTED OFF!!!! No muffler!! They took deceptive and selective internet photos to hide flaws!! The brakes barely worked and when they did it pulled you into another lane and that's only after you panic braked!! The transmission shuttered under acceleration, back up camera and parking sensors didn't work, there was oil covering the air filter housing. The engine was modified with parts missing and some sort of programmer on it!? The parking brake cables and several other cables were cut and hanging from the vehicle. Shady, dishonest and arrogant!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE! More
They were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish. I have gone to many dealerships and left because they were too pushy or annoying. The reason I am posting it here is because after leaving this review I followed through with what I said and I went to the better business bureau. I reported them for predatorial behavior, as well as not giving me my money back. They decided to handle this very logically, by directly calling me under false pretenses instead of communicating with the better business bureau such as they are required to, not predatorial at all, not even a little bit ironic given the already sketchy practices of this dealership (The sketchy practices part was actually supposed to be a joke, but it really isn't at all, it's very accurate). They said that they got my call about the car the other day, but the problem is when I called I couldn't leave a voicemail. It would just hang up before I even got the opportunity after about 2 minutes of ringing. I also work third shift and they don't have very good hours for customer support in regards to people who work third shift so contacting them is very difficult. Ironically they have no problem contacting you after you complain to the better business bureau, in fact they find it quite easy. I suppose it could be a coincidence, but if I were a betting man I would bet against a coincidence. I'd also like to add that they wasted multiple hours of my time on multiple different occasions, and all of that is before they stole my money, and then they stole my money. This place outright scammed me. This is not clickbait, they actually tried to sell me a vehicle with an error code that made the vehicle completely unsafe, unreliable, and could even make it unfunctionable. It would be a little different had they not blanked the code, but fortunately I saw it within three days and was able to return the car. They promised to refund me on the first business day following thanksgiving weekend but they never did. About 2-3 weeks later to account for all possible delays on something that was promised would only take 3-5 business days I called my bank to dispute this charge. It went through and I got the money back, until tonight. They reversed it. TL;DR They blank engine codes that will brick your vehicle They never refunded me They actively reversed my claim to take my money again after I had returned the vehicle... at least they waited three months They didn't even care because I was young. If you have any respect for yourself, stay away from this place. They will not hesitate to fiscally ruin you, especially if you're young. Unfortunately for them the law is on my side here. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and my bank for starters. I'm sure I can expect a call from the moralless scam "artists" (really more like magicians you would hire for your kids 7th birthday party, you gotta go young cause this magician is really bad at their slight of hand as I could provide enough evidence to substantiate plausible cause for them blinking the light, [They left the previous owners FIXD chip in the car and the car fax showed the previous owner working on the exact thing I first tried when I got the same code on my first Chrysler 300] I don't want to take legal action, I know how jack vs the giant usually pans out and I don't expect this to be different, I'm just a kid that wants his money back) as soon as they see this. Those feral hyenas won't hesitate to shut me up now that they know I won't just stay quiet. That was the initial review, I would like to now add they upheld an apathetic demeanor with me the entire time I dealt with them, even before the test drive, but you better believe they maintained this apathy when returning the car under the law of rescission. To provide more context into why I find this to be a serious issue, the reason is simple, I recognize the code on the engine because I had the code on my last Chrysler 300. I replaced the part three different times, via a mechanic who knew what they were doing, multiple times with both the Mopar part and an off-brand part. Every time the car would be fixed for about a week until it was starting again flash the same code and then eventually just shut down on me. I was on the interstate driving to go visit my parents in the middle of the night, it happened while I was on the interstate, fortunately I was able to safely pull off to the side. I'm a 6-2 individual who weighs over 200 lb, imagine having a 2014 Chrysler 300s being smaller than that in anywhere other than the interstate. What's going to happen to you in a car that cannot start? It could be nothing, it could be pretty serious, let's hope you're not in too much debt from the money pit you just got sold to take care of it, if it's even anything money can fix, money can't fix everything. Whether they blanked the code or not, the head mechanic should have caught this, the code is a common issue on Dodge vehicles, Jeep vehicles, and Chrysler vehicles a link, the previous owner would not have put a fixed computer into the car unless something was wrong with the car, they would not have made an oil related repair to the oil related code that was not an oil change right before selling the car had it not had that code. It is a PCM problem and if the head mechanic did not know that I wouldn't buy any car on that lot, because it is a Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep lot. I don't know how any of the mechanics didn't catch it, let alone the head mechanic. Regardless the least they could do is give me my money back, instead of stealing it from me three months later. Bought a 2006 dodge ram 2500 diesel truck last month. I had it shipped to az thinking it would be ok since it was a dodge dealership. Wrong, it came with no headlight, blinkers or brake light, the running had it shipped to az thinking it would be ok since it was a dodge dealership. Wrong, it came with no headlight, blinkers or brake light, the running boards have a short somewhere if you put in the the fuse, and a leak in the brake line that almost got in an accident because the brake fluid was almost gone after a week of driving it. Called many times and got answers machines with no call back. I even left a message with the gm three days ago and no answer from him. There is no way anyone even looked at this vehicle in service. Plus I'm still waiting for the paperwork so I can even register it. I'm looking now for there Corporate number to report them. More
