He told Angela that he would be handling the negotiations if I decided to go with the Infinity. When I arrived, there was no sign of Angela. I was passed on two different times with different salespeople and all they kept talking about was price and what I wanted to pay. I was very frustrated and decided not to buy the Infiniti at any price. I never saw Angela although she did finally leave us a message a week later. We purchased the BMW from another dealership and are very happy with our purchase. More

I was told that the vehicle was put online for the wrong price - "I am updating it now, it should be $34,991".. really?! With 100k miles?! $8k more.. pure gross profit? Because the $2 or 3k wasn't enough. Glad I don't live in this area or drive an Infiniti.. I wouldn't spend $1 in their soda machine. More

Actually I am not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle itself, but the dealers said they would give me an aggressive offer only if I can purchase it that day. However I told them I live in Ohio and cannot come there right now. Then they the dealer suggest me to make the purchase through the phone call. THE MOST SILLY THING I DID IS TO BELIEVE HIM!!! When I decide to do it that way, just at the final process of purchasing, he quickly told me the final price before I verify it, and I accidentally realized the total amount is DIFFERENT!!! Then I quickly quit the process of purchase and questioned him what is going on! He told me it is just the total price he saw from the computer. HOW IT COMES!!! I kept all of emails they sent to me previously and they are LIARS!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! More

We recently leased a new Infinti JX from Sam Swope Infiniti (a birthday present for my wife) and could not have been happier with the experience! Both Nancy Kawata (our sales professional) and Brian Infiniti (a birthday present for my wife) and could not have been happier with the experience! Both Nancy Kawata (our sales professional) and Brian (the sales manager) were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating in all respects. Nancy took her time to thoroughly explain all of the features of the vehicle and the different packages offered so we fully understood our choices. She made herself available to us both in person and over the phone to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable every step through the process. When we sat down with Nancy to discuss the numbers and our goals with putting the deal together she listened to us and we felt that she was very helpful in communicating this to Brian (the sales manager). The proposal she brought back to us from Brian was very reasonable, and I received a fair value for my trade. Both Brian and Nancy were very upfront and straight forward with all of the financial details and terms. I was presented with several options to determine what would work best for us, and I never felt pressured at all. In our particular situation, with the JX being newly available there currently is a limited inventory and the vehicles are selling as soon as they come in; so we were also debating if it would be better to special order a vehicle with specific features that were important to us or if we would go with a vehicle that was already scheduled to be delivered to the dealership. Nancy was very patient with us and researched all of the JX's coming in and found one for us that was scheduled to arrive in about a week. Nancy called a few days later, and I was impressed that she called us as soon as the truck arrived, first thing in the morning. They did not even have the packaging removed from transit yet. It was very apparent that she was working diligently for us to get the vehicle we wanted in time for my wife's birthday. We made an appointment to meet Nancy at my lunch break for a test drive. My wife fell in love with the JX and we made the decision at that point to move forward. We made an appointment to meet Nancy again after work at about 6:00pm to finalize everything. Here is where Nancy and the team at Sam Swope Infinti really shined. I went back to work about 1:00pm and filled out the credit app online. It was very easy; I don't think it even took 5 minutes to complete. We met Nancy and Mike, the finance manager after work and he had all of the paperwork prepared and Nancy had the car all cleaned up and ready for us too. Mike, the finance manager, was fantastic. He really worked hard for us to make everything right with the financing. He thoroughly explained all of the paperwork to us and answered all of our questions. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and his help was key to making our experience stress free and easy. To summarize, this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I will certainly be calling Nancy for my next vehicle in a few months and will recommend her and the team at Sam Swope Infiniti to all my friends and family looking to buy a new car. We love the JX, and really appreciate everything Nancy, Brian, and Mike did for us to make this experience so easy and fun.
