She always does her very best to make sure I am completely satisfied. She explains things to me respectfully. My experience with the customer service she gives has been nothing but superb. Jodie also works me in as it is sometimes hard to book an appointment with my job. ALSO, they try to work with me when it comes to the cost. I know it is said dealerships are far more expensive but they do stand behind their work and that is important. I appreciate Mike as well. He takes the time to be hands on if needed and has taken me out in my car to listen to the problems, etc. I am a happy customer :) More

Jessie contacted us initially online and then by phone to confirm our price and had everything ready - she was great. Karen handled all of the paperwork, got our tag transferred and made the actual sale easy. Like Roger and Jessie, she was friendly and courteous. The detail staff did a nice last- minute touch up on the hood of the car and buffed out a slight blemish - again, excellent service! Thank you to Love Honda for having such a fine dealership!
