Had to get a new battery recently and when I brought my CRV in I asked them to make sure that they cleaned off the old corrosion on the battery terminal before installing the new battery. When I got home I CRV in I asked them to make sure that they cleaned off the old corrosion on the battery terminal before installing the new battery. When I got home I looked under the hood and found that this was not done. Brand new battery with corrosion covered battery terminal. I called and shared my irritation with Chris the service advisor. I was not expecting anything to be done however I believe Chris and the team went above and beyond to satisfy me. They sent a technician to my house to clean the terminal and make sure I was satisfied before he left. He did an excellent job and was very personable and professional. Also Chris has given me a free oil change when needed next. I believe this is an important lesson for all and a model of how I wish all service related business acted. We all mess up. It’s how you respond to and satisfy the customer that keeps them coming back. Well done! The only reason for the 4 rating was because of the original issue however I applaud how Chris and the team handled it. More

I've been a loyal customer of Love Honda for over 13 years, servicing both of my Accords only at Love Honda. I also bought my 2nd Accord from this dealer. The Service Department employees are, in my op years, servicing both of my Accords only at Love Honda. I also bought my 2nd Accord from this dealer. The Service Department employees are, in my opinion, honest and trustworthy. Throughout the years I did feel there was an issue during two of my maintenance services. I reached out to the Service Director, Jim Halford. Both times Mr. Halford went out of his way to rectify and ensure that these issues were corrected and resolved to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough about Jim and his character. Will continue to be a loyal customer for many years. And I want to mention that Jodie, Service Advisor is also a true asset to Love Honda and has always been so very helpful. Thank you both, so very much! More

Although the circumstance was not a pleasant one. I had rodent damage done to my wife's new car. Love Honda ( Ed Johnson) handled my issue in professional manner and communicated with us every step I had rodent damage done to my wife's new car.
