Walked away from a deal here. Spent 2 days haggling via email. Made an appointment to sign paperwork and was kept waiting for 1 1/2 hours, after telling them I had about 2 hours to get the deal finalized. email. Made an appointment to sign paperwork and was kept waiting for 1 1/2 hours, after telling them I had about 2 hours to get the deal finalized. Went into the Finance Manager's office and the paperwork didn't match what had been negotiated. I left and called them the next morning to say I just didn't love the car enough; they had made it too hard. Immediately after, I had a call from the Sales Manager offering an additional $500 off. I repeated my reasons. Got a call from the GM offering another $500 off. I bought a car that day elsewhere. More
