Outstanding Sales and Service Experience We had an excellent experience with Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua from start to finish. We recently purchased a 2025 Volvo XC40 on a Friday, and the buying proces excellent experience with Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua from start to finish. We recently purchased a 2025 Volvo XC40 on a Friday, and the buying process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Two days later, while driving the vehicle, the check engine light unexpectedly came on. I called the service department and was blown away by how responsive and helpful they were. They told me I could bring the car in immediately. Although I wasn’t able to come in until the next day, they were extremely accommodating and worked around my schedule. They provided a rental vehicle so I could get to work, completed the repair the very same day, and even washed the car before I arrived to pick it up. The repair was fully covered under warranty, so there was no charge. I have genuinely never experienced service this good—especially so soon after purchasing a vehicle. The entire team was professional, efficient, and truly customer-focused. I highly recommend Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua for both sales and service. More

Communication was clear and straightforward the entire time, and once we agreed on the price, everything went exactly as promised. I drove up on a Saturday, the car was ready and available, and Dan made the process easy and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and allowed me to take the car out for a test drive on my own with absolutely no pressure. It was a very pleasant and professional experience. The finance process with Ben Carter was just as positive. Ben walked me through the numbers, explained the different coverage options clearly, and presented everything in a transparent, no-pressure way. There were no surprise add-ons or pushy sales tactics — just straightforward information so I could make my own decisions. The facility itself was modern, well laid-out and inviting, and overall the experience exceeded my expectations. Francesca Hamilton recently sold me a Volvo XC60 Hybrid plug-in at the Nashua dealership. I had not purchased a new vehicle in 13 years. I had much to learn, like what is a “trim” and how to “pair” my ce plug-in at the Nashua dealership. I had not purchased a new vehicle in 13 years. I had much to learn, like what is a “trim” and how to “pair” my cellphone and the vehicle. Then there were the endless safety features and advantages of owning a plug-in model. In our two hours together, Francesca covered it all. She was polite and eager to explain the workings of the new technology. She carefully answered my questions, when other salespersons might have, understandably, rolled their eyes and took a deep breath. Francesca carefully explained the various bonuses and rebates and the advantages of the lease/buy program, which resulted in significant savings. After taking 3 pages of notes on the trim options and vehicle lease-buy-back plan, off we went for a test drive. With no pressure from Francesca to rush back to the dealership, together we covered the open highway and side streets of Nashua. As a final note, I was sold on the XC60 and made the purchase a day or two later. However, here is not where the story ends. I spoke with Francesca a couple of days later about my difficulty with setting up some of the electronic features on the dashboard. She invited me back to her office this week to help guide me through some of the more difficult features. Francesca is a truly gifted and skilled salesperson. I give her five stars and recommend to anyone to make Francesca’s desk their first stop when shopping for a new vehicle. She is well deserving of any monthly bonus of which she may be entitled.
