He patiently answered all my questions about this, my first Volvo, and even helped me program the car's settings for my drive home. He clearly explained the available services that came with the car so that when I met with Keith in the business office I had a good idea of the services I would already be getting before purchasing any additional warranty/service contracts. Keith clearly explained the additional warranties available to me and allowed me to make my decisions without feeling pressured. Overall, an extremely pleastant experience.
