They have it all pulled together and are ready to help. BTW, i traded in my Audi A4 and can't believe what an awesome vehicle the 2012 CC is. Two words sum this up........GET ONE! More
This is one of the most AMAZING experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. We came to purchase one car and ended up buying two. From the moment I made an online inquiry it was 15 minutes until I had a call from Bob, the Internet sale agent. Bob gave me the names of two sales persons and I went to the dealer 20 minutes later. We worked with Steven and Travis, folks that TRYLY care about customer service. They wanted to ensure that we got a FANATASTIC deal and followed up with OUTSTANDING customer service after the sale. After the purchase I needed to have my vehicle in the shop and Travis arranged to have a vehicle brought to my work, they picked up my car and took it to the dealership so that I didn't have to leave work. Elijah brought us the loaner vehicle and was outstanding to work with too. You don't find this kind of service during a sale and almost NEVER after the sale. We had been looking for a vehicle for about a week and I wasn't impressed with any of the 7 dealerships we had gone to. Low Country Volkswagen is truly the CREAM OF THE CROP. They try to ensure that the customer will be a returning customer for decades to come and show it by how they worked with us. Please give them a gold star because they deserve it. Bill, from sales, Rick the sales Manager and Travis the Finance Manager all made this one of the easiest and pleasant experiences we have ever had purchasing a new car. These individuals are genuinely nice people!! They dealt a very fair deal right from the beginning without the normal back and forth negotiations common with some others. And they quickly located the vehicle we were looking for in another state. The entire process took less than 24 hours, from initial contact until delivery!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in dealing with a hassle free and pleasant experience. More

Lowcountry Volkswagen was recommended to me and I was overly impressed. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a salesman. Even though the exact wagon I wanted was not on the lot, Lowcountry was able to secure and transfer the car in less than two days. When I came to pick up my new car, the finance manager was able to competently discuss all of my financing options along with warranty decisions without being pushy. Before I drove off the lot with my new car, the saleman showed me how to operate every function on my new car, helped me setup my mobile device, programmed the navigation, had the car cleaned, the works! I was extrememly happy with the level of professionalism all of the staff at Lowcountry exhibited. More
I took my 2007 Beetle in for some routine maintanance and decided to check out the sign then drive program as my lease was going to expire in a few months while I waited. Anthony listened to what my needs for a new car were and the ammount I was willing to spend. He showed me a 2011 Jetta and I liked it a lot. I wanted my monthly payment to stay as close to what I had been paying because my financial situation is very tight these days. The entire team worked hard to get me a payment I could handle without. They even paid for my service bill on my Beetle! In the end I drove home with a new Jetta and a payment I very happy with. Great Job team!! More
I went to Low Country to purchase a new VW GTi. When I arrived all of the salesmen were busy so I was greeted by the sales manager, Rick. Rick spent a good amount of time going over their inventory with me and talking to me about my trade in. As soon as Anthony became available, I was handed off (I do not mean this in a negative way). Since I was very specific with the options and colors that I want, Low Country VW had to perform a dealer trade. Anthony and Rick worked hard to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. The first car they found turned out to have more miles than they were led to believe, so instead of selling me a car that they felt would be unacceptable, they immediately found a new car and performed a new trade. The next day I had the exact car that I wanted for the price that I was looking for! Since I bought the car, Low Country has been diligent with follow ups to ensure that I am happy with my new car. They are one of the best dealerships that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! More

My wife and I have bought many cars in our time and this was the best experiance. They were super friendly and did absolutly everything they could to make our deal work. Everything from the financing to getting the exact car my wife wanted. From the second we arrived to the second we left was great. They even re-financed my other vehicle and got us 5% less intrest on it. So basically we bought one used car and they sold me my other car back to me at a lower rate. I recommend anyone wanting a car to go to them. They have great resources, knowledge, courtesy and everything else. I wish I needed another car just so I had an excuse to go back. Aside from the dealer experience, the car we bought (a 2008 EOS VW) is very nice! We love it. If I could have given them a 6 rating I would have. Best dealer around by far! More
