Flew all the way from NJ to purchase my truck. Everything was absolutely great until I started my drive home when the check engine light came on for turbo and cam shafts. After a month and a half of going ba was absolutely great until I started my drive home when the check engine light came on for turbo and cam shafts. After a month and a half of going back and forth with Lowery Brothers, we came to an agreement to ship the truck back down to Lowery Brothers and they refunded me 100% (excluding sales tax, doc fees, and the $500 shipping charge). It was certainly frustrating not being able to drive the vehicle I just purchased for two months but at the end of it all, Lowery Brothers did the right thing by keeping the customer happy. You would not get that kind of service from any other dealership. Donna was extremely helpful through this entire process. If I could give 10 stars to one person at that dealership, it would be her!
