Carmela was amazing to work with that is the best thing I can say about my experience. The warranty and service department is an absolute joke. My car has been messed up for 3 weeks and already patched up on can say about my experience. The warranty and service department is an absolute joke. My car has been messed up for 3 weeks and already patched up once. They never call back and put old used parts on your new car. I am currently driving the most expensive non fully functioning car I've ever owned. When you put an old used part that doesn't even work properly in a 23,000 dollar car your system is definitely broken. It has been an awful experience and my issue still isn't fixed even though I bought the "warranty". More
