On 6/18/26 at 5:20PM we brought our mother-in-law’s Toyota Corolla in because it hadn’t been run in about 1 month and when we started it up, it immediately made a knocking noise coming from the rear, i Toyota Corolla in because it hadn’t been run in about 1 month and when we started it up, it immediately made a knocking noise coming from the rear, in cadence with the speed of the car So, ten minutes before closing, Assistant Service Mgr, Charles Sheiler was able to put the car up on the lift and diagnose the problem and readily fix it and not charge us a dime. Amazing service! Loyalty Chevrolet/Cadillac lives up to its name! More

I was having trouble finding a local dealership that could properly align my Corvette. A Corvette Club friend recommended Loyalty in Williamsburg. Even though it's a 20 mile drive from Yorktown where I could properly align my Corvette. A Corvette Club friend recommended Loyalty in Williamsburg. Even though it's a 20 mile drive from Yorktown where I live, it was well worth it. My Corvette now drives like new! Additionally it was a pleasure working with Nikki Harmon, the service manager. We saw the car we wanted (Cadillac CT4) on Loyalty's website and came in and worked with Gerald Bradshaw. We got a fair trade in value for our trade in (a ten year old Cadillac ATS) and were able to ge website and came in and worked with Gerald Bradshaw. We got a fair trade in value for our trade in (a ten year old Cadillac ATS) and were able to get a reasonable discount on the new car we wanted. Gerald was great pointing out the new features on the new Cadillac CT4 and showing us how to use them. More
