If you need help look elsewhere I needed a flat tire checked on a Saturday with 30 minutes left till closing. I have road hazard purchased when I bought the truck new. The service manager immediately made excuses "too busy, tire guy wasn't available, and he would have to validate my claim" I had the rim and tire off the truck already I just needed the to hole. Then a younger guy literally locked me inside 30 minutes prior to posted closing time. I am thankful I have a dealer in Hampton that helped me out no questions. I guess when your in Williamsburg you can pick an choose who to help and when. I have been purchasing Chevy trucks for over 20 years I will never even consider this dealership to purchase or service any vehicle for me. Excellent Service Department. I am new to the area and my 2003 Lincoln Town Car was in need of service. After reading yelp and doing further research I decided that I would not tak I am new to the area and my 2003 Lincoln Town Car was in need of service. After reading yelp and doing further research I decided that I would not take my vehicle to the local Ford dealership.(They have 1 1/2 stars on yelp) I contacted Holiday Cadillac on Saturday and I brought my vehicle in on the following Tuesday. I wanted an oil and filter change and the rear shocks replaced. Lexis Harrell in the service department was very professional and friendly. She made the whole process very easy. The work that was performed was excellent and they washed and vacuumed my car. This is where I will be taking all of my vehicles in the future. Great Job! More

I went to this dealership 4 years ago, just looking. Within a few hours I left with a new car.
