We were on the first day of our vacation when there was a loud noise from the back of our vehicle every time we hit a bump, it got progressivly worse. The following morning (Saturday) we showed up at Loyalty without an appointment. Kaitlyn Ussery had our vehicle brought into the service area so a service tech (Joey F.) would be able to look it over. She said they would try to make the repairs that same day, but may not be able to make them until Monday, it would depend on what was wrong and the availabilty of parts. (They were also going to check out another issue that we were having intermittently with the vehicle.) With us having a 1pm commitment that same day we hoped for the best. Danny drove us to where we were staying while they diagnosed the issues. We were contacted with what was wrong, they even provided us with a video. And we were told that Danny was already on his way to pick up the parts that were needed, at a dealership in New Port News, about 30 minutes away. The repairs for both issues were made and Danny came and picked us back up. We made it to our 1pm commitment on time! Excellent service provided by Kaitlyn Ussery, Danny C., and Joey F.! Wish they were our local dealership! Thanks again! More
