We've been very pleased with our experience at Loyalty Volkswagen in Chester. Great service at the purchase, but have really enjoyed working with Mike Altizer in Service. Our 2018 Tiguan has been mostly problem-free; just the usual preventive maintenance, but Mike has been a joy to work with over the years. Prompt, professional, tells us what we need to know. I know that sometimes dealer service departments are not viewed in the most favorable light. Not true hear. Service after the sale with Mike has been great! More

I sold a VW atlas to a customer that lived closer to Loyalty. She had some issues within the first 3000 miles that I opted to help out with diagnosis. There was also some recall work that could be looked into we realized. Ashley Robertson was my point of contact throughout the process and I had never worked with her before. It is not easy to be comfortable with another company to do the diagnosis and repair work on behalf of a customer for many reasons; they may upsell said customer, they may bash some work and recommend new items or suggest something implied was not actually taken care of, and almost operate with an open checkbook mind state. Ashely not only did not do that but she had open dialogue, treated me as much as her customer as our now mutual customer, and took care of the recall work immediately without hesitation. I felt comfortable working with her from the start and would highly recommend her. She is the kind of employee I would gladly hire at my own location. Thanks Ashley! More
