Great Customer Service Bought a new car from here and it was the easiest process I have had in over 20 years of buying cars. I would recommend Priority and Mason to anyone. I'd give negative stars if I could I stopped by Priority Volkswagen to test drive a Golf while in the market for a new car. I have never been treated so rudely by any other salesman as I stopped by Priority Volkswagen to test drive a Golf while in the market for a new car. I have never been treated so rudely by any other salesman as I was by Greg Grandison. Upon getting there he hands me the keys to the Golf, goes over no features of the car and tells me to go over to the gas station (not from the area). Seemed annoyed when he had to tell me how to get there. Out of all the dealers I stopped by this is the 1st time I had to stop to get gas before going out to test drive a car. Greg then fills up the tank, leaves, comes back and hears us saying how hot it is and tells us we can turn the car on. He then is gone for 20 mins, He gets back in and doesn't apologize, in fact he says nothing and we sit there in silence as we wait for my mom who ran into the store to grab something. Being pressed for time I drove back to the dealer and left immediately after. I then get an email from Greg apologizing for the terrible customer service experience. He said "they" cut the test drive short. Umm.. who is "they"?! Over the next two weeks I continue to see missed calls from this Dealer, at that point I already found a vehicle. When I finally replied to an email of his stating to not contact me again because of the terrible way he treated me, he replies stating that I used him as a scapegoat for a bad day. EXCUSE ME??! He seemed bothered and did not tell me anything about the car, in fact he took out a car that was not even the one I requested to test drive, it was 5k more than the one I requested. With all the competition in the area I don't know how Priority Volkswagen expects to stay in business treating potential buyers like this. More

From the 1978 Super Beetle Convertible sitting in my garage, to the countless Jettas, Passats, and other models that I have owned through the years I have proven my loyalty to the brand … but today VW and this dealership lost my business forever. Two years ago my A/C compressor in my 2003 Passat died. I was just under 100k on the odometer, so this was a disheartening shock in that I would have expected it to last longer. $1,600 later my compressor was replaced with me thinking, “at least I will never have to replace that again on this car.” This week my A/C was not cooling well. I took the car back to Priority VW and was told that there is an issue with my new compressor, and it would cost $1,600 to repair since the compressor was now one year out of warranty. They were unwilling to do anything to help with the cost and told me to contact VW customer service, which I did. I got the same response from VW customer service. They fully agreed that it was completely unreasonable for the compressor to die so quickly, but because the car was 13 years old they argued that they had no obligation to help with the cost. Today VW and Priority Volkswagen lost my business. I will sell my car this week and never again buy VW. More
Worst Experience and Customer Service Ever Purchased vehicle 8/2013 with GAP insurance. Had a total loss 10/2015. I called GAP co (Toyota Financial) and was told my coverage was cancelled by the dealership. I found out 3 days later from Shane that the contract I signed was cancelled in error but they gave me another GAP co (JM&A) 3 times to get this resolved. Even though I never signed a JM&A contract somehow the dealership got them to cover me but the coverage is sub-par to Toyota. JM&A didn't pay off my remaining balance and I'm still stuck with a deficiency. The bank is also waiting on the refund from the dealership of the extended warranty I purchased. Kenny told me to come to the dealership (my 3rd trip) on 12/31 & he would take care of it. After seeing him he said it would be handled the next day. I called a week later because it hadn't been resolved he said it takes some time. Well, it's not almost a month after & still no resolution. I guess my next step is contacting the dealer board since there has been a lot of un-truths told. Manger verbally told me & sent an email asked me to sign & backdate the JM&A contract to 8/2013!! I refused of course but this is the kind of shady dealings I've encountered. When I purchased GAP it was explained that it takes care of the deficiency balance, well it didn't. All I want is what I paid for ... to get the vehicle to be paid off. Dealer board then the news stations! Maybe someone will do their job then. More
