I don't recommend this dealership to anyone My Grandfather and I went to Lucas Dodge to purchase a Ram Promaster and asked Ralph A Ruggiero Jr(as his business card reads) to see one. He told us My Grandfather and I went to Lucas Dodge to purchase a Ram Promaster and asked Ralph A Ruggiero Jr(as his business card reads) to see one. He told us to go look at a used one in the front parking lot, so we did and came back and asked to see a new one. He said with an attitude "What's wrong with the used one?" I said I wanted a new one and he proceeded to ask a few questions about how we were going to pay for the vehicle. He went and drove a new one up and we looked at it and went to negotiate a price and made an offer. He seemed flustered and went to the back to get his boss and on the way back, another employee asked him how he was doing and he said "not now." The other employee asked what was wrong and he said "I'm dealing with these two xxxxing rednecks." We both heard him and I don't think he was trying to hide it. We got up and left and went to Cherry Hill Dodge and dealt with a gentleman named Dan and we bought a Ram Promaster and had a great experience. I get that it was a rainy Monday and everyone has bad days but to say something like "two xxxxing rednecks" within earshot of anybody is disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. More

I walked into the showroom and had the pleasure of dealing with Ralph Ruggiero. Awesome salesmen who gave me his undivided attention and really worked for me. I received a fast response from Stacy from the Internet department with the pricing and made a appointment to stop in. When I arrived, the Ram was already pulled up. I was greeted by Michael Ginyard who also did a fantastic job going over all the features and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel any pressure and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I requested heated seats and step bars to be installed and Michael made the process so seemless and provided me a rental right away. We reviewed the figures on the truck and accessories and Michael made sure everything was correct and made the process seemless. Highly Recommend Lucas Dodge/Jeep to everyone and to make sure they see Michael Ginyard! More

Amazing Service This dealership was so willing to work with me as this was my first vehicle purchase on my own. The employees I worked with were not pushy, instead they were friendly, patient, and willing to assist. They were able to find the Jeep that I wanted and got it from a dealership in another state. The phone call with the insurance agency took an hour and a half but Ralph stood by helping with any questions I had. They were all friendly and made me feel comfortable during my time there. Ralph made sure my phone was connected in my new jeep and made sure I knew how everything worked before I pulled off the lot. A++ if I had to give a grade. Definitely recommend these guys! More

"We knew it was faulty when we sold it to you" Bought a used Jeep Wrangler for our daughter. The jeep came equipped with touch screen UConnect Radio and bluetooth, navigation. It didn't work at t Bought a used Jeep Wrangler for our daughter. The jeep came equipped with touch screen UConnect Radio and bluetooth, navigation. It didn't work at time of purchase. Salesman promised to address and fix. Service department couldn't fix and said they had to replace with a STANDARD radio. They changed the radio out, completely disabling and removing Bluetooth feature. When we addressed the issue, the General Manager stated "We knew that radio was faulty when we sold the vehicle and don't know why your salesman didn't tell you that. The radio is cosmetic and not warrantied". TRUE BAIT AND SWITCH happened here..... be careful. Who knows what else is faulty? Tags were never addressed either. We had to call the day before the temp expired. Dealership had done nothing yet. Our first payment is due in less than 2 weeks and we still haven't received anything regarding the loan or bank. More
