The service was done within the time frame but when I picked up my car, my check engine light was on which was not on when I dropped it off! When I inquired about it, I was told nothing was said about it picked up my car, my check engine light was on which was not on when I dropped it off! When I inquired about it, I was told nothing was said about it or in the notes and they could do a diagnostics test for $200!! I find this to be a scam since I brought my car in for a factory recall which was of no cost to me so now they are trying to make money off me for something they did! More

I am very pleased to report a positive outcome in the quest to replace the heated seat element in my F150. The part was on backorder for months, but thanks to the dedication and customer service of Liza quest to replace the heated seat element in my F150. The part was on backorder for months, but thanks to the dedication and customer service of Liza in service and the follow up attention by Joe Wilson in sales, this repair was done exactly as described in the time predicted and the outcome was perfect.
