Michael sold my wife and I, a 2018 F-350 6. 7 Powerstroke Dually Diesel with like 72k miles. This was in August of 2022. I expected small issues since it was used but supposedly had been through 7 Powerstroke Dually Diesel with like 72k miles. This was in August of 2022. I expected small issues since it was used but supposedly had been through their 172 point service inspection. We left for Montana like 2 weeks after purchase. Took it into Kalispell Ford in Montana to be checked for services when we arrived. Same 172 point inspection came up with $9,900 dollars in needed repairs two of which are major where the engine needs to be removed. Not realizing they only sold us the Powertrain warranty vs $600 more for the premium care, the repairs are not covered. Called store and tried to work with (GM Walt to no avail he basically told me tough luck). So they sold me a lemon that they obviously knew needed major work then didn't even sell me the correct warranty knowing it would need alot of repairs. This is not what I would expect from a major Ford Franchise Dealership.Not just unhappy customers but bad practices by their staff and owner. Steve & Carolyn Caution ⚠️ More

I drove from Louisiana to Lufkin, TX to visit my grandkids. When I arrived I got a flat tire and Mitch in the service department helped me out tremendously! Had a fuel rail changed on my 2017 Ford F350, 6.7 diesel. The mechanic didn't change the fuel injector lines that attach to it as they are a one time use,,,Only! One of the lines started leaking diesel afte The mechanic didn't change the fuel injector lines that attach to it as they are a one time use,,,Only! One of the lines started leaking diesel after it was repaired. They denied that you have to change them. They ordered an injector line kit to correct the problem. The parts came in and after making 3 different appointments to get it fixed they still haven't done the work that should had been done when fuel rail was done. It is always an excuse of some sort or they keep pushing up the appointment by several days. They don't keep their word on appointment dates......ever. After picking up truck today I decided to go to Tipton Ford in Nacogdoches since they do the work when appointment is schedule. You might get a good deal on a vehicle there BUT what is the point if you can't get it repaired when something happens? More
Zero would be my rating doesn’t stand behind their word and take care of the customer. When you send 80 thousand on a brand new truck with them you would except them to help you. They said nothing was wrong with it. If you have a recall it should be fixed even if the part in their opinion is ok. It’s a recall for a reason. Don’t buy here.3$ More
