The absolute best customer service and pricing I ran across this dealership while surfing the internet for Ford F-150 trucks. Upon arrival I was introduced to Kaci who was nothing but a true professional. For the first time in my life I purchased a vehicle (F150 XLT) within an hour. My entire family fell in love with this truck. This being my first Ford truck I was completely blown away with the ride and service. I came into service department about 3 weeks later for some help in after market accessories. While there I looked around the showroom and immediately fell in love with the Lariat. In less than 30 days I found myself trading my brand new truck for a brand new 2016 Lariat. Most could not understand why I bought two of the same trucks in less than 30 days. I simply said it was the experience! Kaci and Richard were very accommodating and made both of my my transactions almost seamless. I have spent most of my time since this purchase doing two things, 1 telling others about my experience at Lugoff Ford with Kaci and Richard and 2 working almost daily to keep my son and my wife from taking my truck. My grandkids when visiting my home don't wanna ride in anything else except my 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat. Thanks Kaci and Richard More
