I was on a road trip from Florida and my Mustang's radiator clip had not been repaired appropriately from prior auto body work done at a shop in Florida. My car had to be towed to Lugoff. I've been dealing with Richard for over 6 months. He has been very professional and friendly. I feel I received a good deal (Not a great deal) on my purchase. I hope the follow-up service is great. I was not happy with the XZILON sealer that was applied. It appears that some of the product was applied to the chrome and gave it a dull appearance. I tried to wipe it off but it still appears dull. Richard told me to bring the vehicle back and they would take care of it. The problem is getting time to return to the dealership. The finance manager Scott was also very professional and friendly. I did not take the extended warranty. I may purchase the warranty last in the week. Overall, my purchase was fast and easily. I love my new F150. More
