The Sales person Scott was the best I have ever dealt with in 40 years of buying vehicles and owning a wide range. Better to deal with getting rid of your trade in on your own. The Finance manager Scott was also friendly, but you must ask for the salesman Scott to have a good car shopping experience. I've been dealing with Richard for over 6 months. He has been very professional and friendly. I feel I received a good deal (Not a great deal) on my purchase. I hope the follow-up service is great. I was not happy with the XZILON sealer that was applied. It appears that some of the product was applied to the chrome and gave it a dull appearance. I tried to wipe it off but it still appears dull. Richard told me to bring the vehicle back and they would take care of it. The problem is getting time to return to the dealership. The finance manager Scott was also very professional and friendly. I did not take the extended warranty. I may purchase the warranty last in the week. Overall, my purchase was fast and easily. I love my new F150. More

Took my Ford F150 in for a wheel alignment and some other work. The service took about as much time as I thought it would and was completed for a reasonable price.
