He worked with me finding the right car that meets my wants and to work with the final price with payments I could afford. After the deal was completed, he drove my old car to my house while I drove my new car. I like the No pressure sales in this gentleman. I hope he will continue to have great success as a sales person at Lugoff Toyota. More

I purchase a used car and when I got home and checked the air pressure in the tires - three of the tires were low - less than 30 PSI (low tire pressure sensor on in car) - the forth tire had over 60 PSI (maxed out my gauge). I was fortunate not have damage or destroy the tire on my drive home. The price of the car was good, but the dealer added fees were excessive. I should have reviewed each line item before I agreed to the final price. Before you agree to the final number review each line item on the price sheet. Watch out for the $500 dealer fee. Also, the aggressive nature in which they push their service plans and other dealer services was time consuming and pushy. Would not take NO for an answer. More

Trevor and Erika were impeccable during the financing portion of the vehicle. All paperwork was properly and expertly handled. Both Ralph and Matt also represented the dealership with pride and were right there ready to give any explanations, if needed, or simply there to just hold a conversation with you while waiting. This is the fifth Toyota Camry I have purchased from Lugoff Toyota. I have always been happy with the service I get from these folks, but this time they realy took it to another level. It was quite simply the most satisfying car-buying experience I have ever had--and I've been buying cars since 1962. The entire experience, which took no more than two hours from walk-in-the-door to look to walk-out-the-door a buyer, was more like a long cup of coffee with an old friend. And the main reason for this was the comfortable, yet professional, demeanor of Ira Thomas. This young man is remarkable. I can honestly say he had more top-of-the-mind knowledge of the actual product than any salesman I have ever encountered. He answered every question in clear detail so that after a 30-minute conversation I knew which car I wanted. The only thing left was to negotiate price. And here's where the next level of management stepped in. A quick meeting with Matt Baker assured me of a satisfactory outcome, which was quickly aided by Ralph Harper, who actually sold me the car I was trading in. To be honest, Ralph was the main reason I came back again to Lugoff. My experience with him last time was a definite bring-you-back moment. Ralph is the kind of valuable player for any organization who is very low key but is always the guy who makes the pieces fit in the end. So I am very happy with my fifth Camry from Lugoff. But I am even more pleased with the actual friendship I now have with Ira and Ralph. Make no mistake, folks, this young man Ira Thomas is one of a kind, and I hope Lugoff does everything in its power to keep him in the family. This car was dented on the front right side when a truck backed up into it while in the dealership lot. On top of that, they INCREASED the price of the vehicle, instead of lowering it. Shady business practice, in my opinion, makes you wonder what other sneaky things they do when no one's looking. I WOULD NOT recommend them to anybody. More
