This dealership wasted my time, twice and is not smart enough to understand the title of this review. They actually told me their prices are "set" and they don't negotiate. Here are the numbers: KBB suggested dealer sale price was $8600, private party sale price was $7900. They had it listed at $8999 plus tax, lic. etc. I was prepared to offer them the $8600 listed as the fair dealer price out the door and they foolishly refused to negotiate, AT ALL! Sure they will sell it sooner or later, but it could have been today. They lost a sale today and a future customer forever. Smart business guys, real smart. No worries, with an estimated 10k used cars for sale in the valley I'm sure another dealer won't make that mistake. More

Lunde beat EVERY VW dealer in the Valley I shopped all over town at VW dealers for a new 2017 GLI. I went through financing at each to see who would give me the best deal. Not only did Lunde's beat the pants off of ALL the other VW dealers in the Phoenix area, they actually had the best variety of GLI's in the valley. No joke. I also really like the fact that Lunde's is a family owned small business. The experience was vastly different than dealing with the large auto chains. I was really impressed that a small dealer could not only compete, but actually BEAT the large auto groups in service, selection, and most importantly- PRICE! Thanks again Tom for taking care of me. I should have beat you guys up for a free VW sunshade though-I let you off too easy! Seriously, shop here first, or go everywhere like I did. Got my 2016 Limited Edition Blue Denim Beetle Convertible right off the delivery truck last August. Buying this beauty was a fantastic, no hassle experience. Had my first oil change/safety/systems check and their service department was equally fantatistic. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. The service was performed in the time they indicated, the waiting area was clean, with a big screen TV, snacks, coffee. And the courtesy car wash was appreciated. Love their express service lane!
