He was straight forward and honest with what he could do for us. He accepted our offer over the phone instead of making us come in for yet another meeting. We were skeptical when we got to the dealership waiting for hidden expenses and there were none. Mike was a man of his word. But that's just the beginning. We live 1 1/2 hours away and needed to get a bank check. Mike went out of his way and met us at the bank to save us a trip as well as delivering the car to us the next day.
