Amazing staff As I searched for our AWD vehicle in the huge market today, Lundgren Honda was on our list of places to check out. I was greeted by Ralph Bass who was very professional and showed us around the dealership right away, We were impressed with the place right from the beginning. The service department seemed to be clean and well organized. Ralph showed us the waiting area and the café. very impressive. Right away we felt at home. We sat at Ralphs desk and he asked us how he could be at our service today, I explained we were in the market for an affordable SUV to get us through the upcoming winter and beyond. he suggested for us to look at their selection of pre owned CRV's. We sat together looking through the inventory at his desk , we were able to see them all and view the car fax's of the CRV's and it was easy without having to scour over them outside walking around the huge place they have there.. we picked one out that seemed to be a great fit for us. Ralph pulled the car up and we took it for a ride. We knew this was the right car the right place and the right salesperson we wanted to buy from. I cant say enough what a great experience we had. I would defiantly recommend Lundgren Honda and Ralph Bass to anyone that wants to buy a vehicle Great Job! More

Went in to try one car and when it wasn't ideal they found ! After a few days of car hunting I revisited Lundgren to look at one car my family spotted. But the time came and I went to Lundgren Honda on the recommendation of people I trust. Mike was waiting in the lot, and right away we started joking easily with each other. He was very knowledgeable and worked to figure out what I wanted. I was vacillating between 2 cars, and he described both so that I could make a decision I was satisfied with. He was patient, kind, funny and trustworthy through the whole process. Dave was very helpful in describing all of my options as we handled the business end of the deal. My decisions were much easier because I understood everything thanks to him. I can't recommend these two men, or all of the staff I interacted with at Lundgren enough! More

Our kids thought he was totally hysterical which made it easier for them to spend the time there that we had to. It is hard to find someone that can relate to each and every member of the family. Memorable experience We originally went to check out the 2017 Honda Pilots soon after they arrived on the lots. We knew we weren't ready to buy, and we were honest about t We originally went to check out the 2017 Honda Pilots soon after they arrived on the lots. We knew we weren't ready to buy, and we were honest about this with Mike (Briere). He still spent substantial time answering our millions of questions and went on a test drive with us. All in all, between the (literally) crawling around inside the vehicle in the showroom, answering our questions and the test drive, we were there for an hour, easily. Mike was a gem. No pressure, no snub. We thanked him for all his help, took his card, shook his hand, knowing we'd go back, eventually, and close the sale with him. Fast forward a year, and we were ready to buy. We forgot his card, but fortunately we found him easily, smiling, on the lot! More questions answered, another test drive, some chat about our chickens... and he walked us through the sale of our new Pilot, nice as could be. No pressure, patient, smiling:) He's been attentive and responsive, and patient, following up - with delivery, "training" on the computer system, etc. Overall, a positive car buying experience, thanks to Mike! More
