When the time came to make the change they were very helpful in the purchase of my new Pilot. Matt R. reviewed all the trim levels for what my family needed. He went on a test drive with my family. Very friendly, easy to talk to and understanding that I was not able to purchase he car right away. A couple of weeks later and several other dealers visited I returned to Lundgren because of the good service and friendly staff. Matt made the process quick and straight forward. I recommend Lundgren Honda. More

Good, attentive service Charles and the Honda team were attentive to my needs and helped me find a car that fit me. Once I found the one I wanted I was able to see my options Charles and the Honda team were attentive to my needs and helped me find a car that fit me. Once I found the one I wanted I was able to see my options but the whole processed seemed somewhat rushed. This was my first car purchase and being asked to decide how many months/how much money don't I wanted to put down and having to decide within a minute was stressful. Charles did well to explain my options to me but it was very business like and I would have liked if he gave me more advice on what others in my situation usually do/what's best for me. All in all, Charles was informative and attentive and I appreciate his help through this process. More
