Bad tire program I own a 2001 Honda Odyssey and bought the tire for life program, and when I tried to claim new tires,the service manager Stephen Gravel told me that I I own a 2001 Honda Odyssey and bought the tire for life program, and when I tried to claim new tires,the service manager Stephen Gravel told me that I couldn't, due to the fact that my tires were not rotated every 5 to 7 thousand mile as it was stated on the contract. Now, I have been a loyal customer for approx 10 years and never had an issue until they moved to the new location. My first issue was when I took the ODYSSEY to be aligned and left there with the same issue, but the technician told me that everything was fine a week later I took to the GOODYEAR place in Webster and discover the right side was .23 degrees off. When I spoke to Stephen he told me that the technician was not longer working there. Clearly the alignment wasn't done properly! Another time a technician told my wife that she would not get a sticker without having a list of things repaired such as a timing belt. As far as I know, changing a timing belt has nothing to do with getting a sticker! It seems to me that the bigger they got the less they care about the customer or they are having a hard time maintaining a good costumer service. It seems to be all about the money!! I will Never go back there again... More
I love Lundgren I bought my Honda at Lundgren in 2008 and have returned for all my regular service because everyone is so nice and honest there. Waiting on my car to be fixed is never a hassle because they have a full deli and free drinks and snacks, free wifi, and plenty of comfy places to sit. More

Hays made sure we had everything we needed and did it in a manner that made us feel like he was equally as invested in the car as us. Whatever question we had was either answered by Hays or one of the other helpful staff members- but he made sure it was answered. I am confident in referring Hays and Lundgren Honda to any friend, family member or co-worker seeking to purchase a vehicle. I am happy with my purchase and appreciative for the service given. More

Felt forgotten I just bought a used car at Lundgren. I heard good things so I went. Financially I feel like I was treated well. But I feel a little forgotten about. Maybe it was all misunderstanding but I went to pick up my car and waited for 45 minutes and was told that my salesman wasn't told about me sitting there. Was brought to my car and quickly left alone with it. Still dirty in spots which was disappointing. (Inside cup holders and compartments like that were dusty/dirty). Got home and realized I was never given any of my paperwork about the sale. Had to go back for that. Then never got the coupon book (pretty large deals in it) I was promised to receive upon purchase. Now need to go back for that. Also, I had to cut off the magnet thing on my car because that was never removed and I'm pretty sure it should've been. I like my car, I just feel like I was forgotten about. More

I REALLY wanted a red Crosstour, but maybe next time. Ultimately, the Civic won, but in red ( thank you Len!). We closed the show room the other night. Before the deal was finalized, there was a mandatory presentation by the finance guy of a $999 optional "security" plan. The last thing we wanted to see was an opportunity to spend another $999 at 9 PM. Not his fault- Honda or management's procedural decision I think. Otherwise, pretty painless. They generally try hard to make things as easy as possible. There seem to be many people behind the scenes who run around and make things happen like plates and registration the very next day. More
