Before the deal was finalized, there was a mandatory presentation by the finance guy of a $999 optional "security" plan. The last thing we wanted to see was an opportunity to spend another $999 at 9 PM. Not his fault- Honda or management's procedural decision I think. Otherwise, pretty painless. They generally try hard to make things as easy as possible. There seem to be many people behind the scenes who run around and make things happen like plates and registration the very next day. More
