Greg White was very easy to work with. Not pushy or imposing. He was very knowledgeable concerning the CRV - how one years specs differs from the next and the pricing of all types involved. The end price of my new 2013 CRV is great price and my trade in value was fair. This is my second car from Lundgren and the service department has always done a great job. I probably wasn't the easiest client Russ has worked with, but he was patient and supportive and ultimately helped me find something that fits my driving needs. He's friendly, works hard for you...really hard! (I'm not recommending that you put this to test, but he'll answer your call even on his days off and during odd hours of the day.) I'd be very happy to refer business to Russ and return to him a few years later when I need another car. More

My wife and I have been buying cars at Lundgren Honda since 1993. We recently contacted Don, the sales manager, about purchasing a car. We were trading in a 2005 car that we purchased at the same dealers since 1993. We recently contacted Don, the sales manager, about purchasing a car. We were trading in a 2005 car that we purchased at the same dealership. I will say, without hesitation, this was a great experience. He and his team were able to put us in our new car for the price we were looking for. To sum this up, the people at Lundgren Honda are honest, fair and very obliging to our needs. This was number 6 and I looking forward to getting number 7, when the time comes. More
Lundgren Honda is a no negotiation dealer. They post their prices in the showroom for everyone to see, including finance rates, lease rates...everything is there to read, nothing hidden, no surprises. The price for our new 2013 Pilot was amazing, too good to pass up. The trade in amount they offered was very fair according to all of the research we had done. The new location is great, beautiful clean building, nice, comfortable waiting area. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Will be back next time we're looking for a car. This is our first Honda but it won't be our last. More

Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience at Lundgren Honda. I purchased my 2013 Honda CR-V on July 31st, 2013 and have not yet received my registration or inspection after three weeks. Let me begin by saying I had heard many good things about purchasing a vehicle from Lundgren and was excited about the process, thinking that it would be worry-free and I would be enjoying my new car in no time. When I began to look, I knew the exact model & color I wanted, and I didn't feel like I should compromise when buying my first new vehicle. Unfortunately, they did not have it, but I assumed they would have no trouble finding it, which they agreed and told me they wouldn't. After about a week of looking, they called to tell me that they could not find one anywhere and I would have to change my choice of color & trim. Knowing that I shouldn't sacrifice, I double checked other local Honda dealerships and found the exact vehicle I wanted at another Honda dealership right in Massachusetts. I called Lundgren to inform them of the vehicle, and they were finally able to get it. It's quite unprofessional that I had to find the vehicle, and Lundgren could not - it shows that they are incapable of completing this simple task. That was the first issue. As I mentioned earlier, I have not yet received my registration or inspection sticker. After I was able to pick up my vehicle, I had just assumed that I would be getting my registration in the next few days. After all, car dealerships sell new cars all the time, so shouldn't they be able to complete registry forms and fax information to them in their sleep?! Nope. I spoke with SEVERAL people about not having my registration and many promises have not been fulfilled. Phone calls that I have made are never returned, and no one wants to help me finish this almost month-long process. I would of never guessed that Lundgren would be this unprofessional. This review should be an embarrassment to them, and I plan to go out of my way to share my experience with others, and direct them to another dealership who knows how to do business properly. More
For my second oil change appointment I asked to have my 'clattering' exhaust looked at. I went in and waited two hours. I was then given a slip for over $114 and told that not only did they do my oil chan 'clattering' exhaust looked at. I went in and waited two hours. I was then given a slip for over $114 and told that not only did they do my oil change they went ahead and did all sorts of services so my oil change total went form $22 to $40. On top of the that they also decided to fix my 'clattering' without my consent and charged me for that as well which came to $70. When i expressed how upset I was about this the service staff Scott just stood there waiting for my payment. Because I had my two year old daughter with me I angrily paid, left and told my husband about my horrible experience. He contacted the manager Rick who told him that he would look into the problem and get back to us. He did and said that because he couldn't find fault with anyone he could offer us a free oil change on the next time in. No fault? How about doing services when they weren't asked and making someone pay for it! Very bad service with an expensive hourly fee $109 per hour. Not worth it. I will take my vehicle somewhere else. More

Josh was out the night I picked up the car and arranged for his colleague Gil to assist me with new car orientation and setting up the phone! The hassle-free negotiating made the entire experience stress-free. This is my second CR-V from Lundgren. More
