Lundgren Honda of Auburn

This is my 3rd car with Lundgren. My immediate family consisting of 2 parents, 2 sisters and aunt and cousin-all have Honda's from Lundgren--totalling 7 Honda's in the family!!! My last honda, I leased and was due to trade in at the end of the year. Lydia gave me a call, and after discussing my mileage suggested I come in because it was so low. She was very friendly and courteous on the phone. My salesperson was Gil. My mother had just purchased her new CRV about 1-2 weeks before and had also worked with Gil. My parents were happy with their visit as well. Gil knew what I was looking for from my conversation with Lydia. He had cars ready for me to view when I arrived. Overall, again great service!!! More

Very refreshing! I also knew in advance from my on-line research that the prices at Lundgren Honda were fair & competitive. Although they did not have the car I wanted in my favorite color on the lot, they found it in a matter of 2 or 3 days, as promised. Even when I had to bring the car back for installation of an accessory, Tom checked in on me periodically while I waited for the service to be completed to make sure I was kept informed on the status & progress. When I came to Lundgren looking to purchase my first car, I expected to be treated how every other female first time buyer is treated; I expected to be haggled, and treated as if I wasn't capable to pump my own gas let alone know what I should and shouldn't pay for a car. Despite the fact I had encountered this type of mentality at every other dealership I visited, my experience at Lundgren Honda of Auburn was a delightful surprise! Not only were they friendly and honest, they got right to the point and treated me like my time was valuable. Why did I choose Lundgren? I have heard of Lundgren Honda through positive reviews from family and friends. I am also appreciative that Lundgren hires and mentors students from the Automotive Technology prog through positive reviews from family and friends. I am also appreciative that Lundgren hires and mentors students from the Automotive Technology program at Worcester Technical High School. I was upside down in the car that I was driving (owe more than it was worth) and really hated the car (Hyundai). I wanted to get out of the Hyundai and into a Honda. I had little to put for a down payment. Len and Christine in sales helped me out and worked numbers to get me financed. There was zero pressure and plenty of free snacks and drinks to stay refreshed (they have a legit cafe). I would highly recommend Lundgren Honda to my family and friends. More

I was looking to lease my first car and emailed several dealers. Lundgren was the only one to give me quotes and stuck with them when I got to the dealership.
