I visited the dealership on a Saturday looking for a good used car. I hated to get a car that would require me to obtain a loan, but I also knew there wasn't much out there that I was comfortable buying f used car. I hated to get a car that would require me to obtain a loan, but I also knew there wasn't much out there that I was comfortable buying for the cash I had. After browsing through the lot, I met Tom and he spent quite a bit of time with me reviewing inventory and the payment options for each vehicle. Tom listened to my concerns, assessed my needs, and was able to offer me a few cars that suited. We went on a couple of test drives and when I narrowed my choice down to one, Tom walked me through the next steps and the credit process. I left with a much more comfortable feeling about buying a used car than I had come in with. When I decided to go for it, I contacted Tom and he put the rest in motion. The process was smooth and easy for us. I especially appreciate the way they handled the appraising of my trade-in, even though the car didn't start when they were going to move it into the garage. I was so embarrassed because even though the car had a lot of problems, starting wasn't one of them. The whole team Tom worked with that night got everything done in short order and my husband and I were able to leave with our new vehicle! We first purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Lundgren in 2006. As family needs changed, we went to Russ and purchased used Hondas.
