I visited the dealership on a Saturday looking for a good used car. I hated to get a car that would require me to obtain a loan, but I also knew there wasn't much out there that I was comfortable buying f used car. After browsing through the lot, I met Tom and he spent quite a bit of time with me reviewing inventory and the payment options for each vehicle. Tom listened to my concerns, assessed my needs, and was able to offer me a few cars that suited. We went on a couple of test drives and when I narrowed my choice down to one, Tom walked me through the next steps and the credit process. I left with a much more comfortable feeling about buying a used car than I had come in with. When I decided to go for it, I contacted Tom and he put the rest in motion. The process was smooth and easy for us. I especially appreciate the way they handled the appraising of my trade-in, even though the car didn't start when they were going to move it into the garage. I was so embarrassed because even though the car had a lot of problems, starting wasn't one of them. The whole team Tom worked with that night got everything done in short order and my husband and I were able to leave with our new vehicle! I would certainly recommend Lundgren and Tom to anyone car buying and we will return when we need another car. Thanks for such great service! More

I was quoted a price and was told meeting it wouldn't be an issue and I should leave a deposit and it would all be sorted out on Monday, it was on a Saturday. Come Monday the price went up substantially be an issue and I should leave a deposit and it would all be sorted out on Monday, it was on a Saturday. Come Monday the price went up substantially and I was told it was still in the same neighborhood and I should be happy with it. Needless to say I walked away from the deal. Eventually the dealer came back with a lower interest rate. In the end I am happy to be ending up with the vehicle but disappointed it couldn't be done right the first time around. The no haggle pricing model might appeal to some buyers but to me having zero flexibility with it is not a good thing. Greg from Finance was great to work with. The new salesman Scott was also extremely helpful and I would highly recommend seeking him out if you are looking to buy from this dealership. Update: I finally get the car and it fails inspection. I had it inspected at the dealer and was told that one of the codes was a result of the vehicle needing to be jump started at some point and that I need to drive it around for a few weeks in order for it to reset. No apology was offered to me the service person acted like it was completely normal and not a big deal. For the amount of money I spent on this vehicle it should have been all set to go. Needless to say I am not pleased. Service after the sale seems to be lacking unless you purchased a new car from them. More
