What a HORRIBLE experience I've had with this dealership. This happened to me TWICE. Frist, was 2 weeks ago when my wife inquired about a vehicle for sale online. We scheduled an appointment for the following morning. That night the vehicle was sold to another couple which is fine. HOWEVER, we never received a phone call or email letting us know this vehicle was no longer available. We drove 80 miles each way to find out the car was sold and Kayla said she forgot to call us. TERRIBLE... Now, 2 weeks later we see another car online that we're interested in so we call ahead and let them know we will be there in within an hour and a half. We were told they will pull the car out front for us and have it ready. Perfect!!! Well, we drive another 80 miles each way to find out the car isn't to be found. After some investigation they determine that their appraiser took it home. We explained this was the 2nd time this happened and would appreciate the appraiser bringing the car back. They said this won't happen and there was nothing they could do. We explained our displeasure and would NEVER give this dealer a 3rd chance. It's amazing how a dealership this large can have such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All in all we ended up driving 320 miles for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! The Internet Sales dept. is hands down the MOST IMPORTANT aspect of a dealership YET Lundgren Honda doesn't see the value of following thru with potential customers. More
I went to Herb Chambers for an appointment I had set up for a trade in evaluation. They left me waiting for a half hour so I left and went down to Lundgren Honda on my way home. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Noah Sands. I was upfront with Noah and told him my time was valuable and I knew what I wanted. I wanted the numbers and wanted to see if the numbers I had in my mind could be matched. The provided me with the figures and they were spot on! There was no going back and forth for a "better" deal. They treated me with respect. Noah even went as far as to grab me a water and a few snacks while I waited. This is the second car I have purchased from Lundgren. My first stop will be Lundgren Honda from now on! More
I had an incredibly positive buying experience at Lundgren Honda. I initially was inquiring about the purchase of a new 2012 Honda Civic when Lydia Krog made me aware of a used one that they just Lundgren Honda. I initially was inquiring about the purchase of a new 2012 Honda Civic when Lydia Krog made me aware of a used one that they just received that had only 2,400 miles on it. Initially I was hesitant, but then I realized that it was still a new vehicle, and it had nothing wrong with it. The reason why the previous owner traded it in was because it was just to small to fit the owners needs. Also, the price was substantially less than a new Civic. I met with Dustin Johnson the following day and from that moment on I knew that this was going to be a pleasant purchasing experience. Dustin was very attentive to my concerns and was also extremely knowledgable about the Civic. I had researched the car prior to meeting with him and he pointed out many of the safety features as well as many of the other bells and whistles that come with the car. Also, at no point in time, did he make me feel pressured into making this purchase at all. Dustin would give me periodic follow ups (on his own time, I might add) on how things were going on the Lundgren end of things so I could pick up the car on the day that I was hoping to get it. A pleasant over all purchasing experience. The Civic is awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to go to Lundgren in the future to buy another car. More
I can't say enough to explain how happy we were with our buying experience at Lundgren Honda. This is the second new vehicle we purchased from them, first a Honda Accord and this time a CRV. I originally worked with Lydia Krog (Internet Supervisor)she answered all my questions,and was very helpful. That evening we went to Lundgren, we were met by Lydia Krog and Dustin Johnson (Sales Consultant). We sat down with Dustin, he asked what we were looking for in a vehicle, then brought a CRV up to the door to show us the vehicle, the "grand tour", inside and out. Dustin was very knowledgable about the Honda Vehicles. Believe me when we say, he went above and beyond. He wasn't pushy, just extremely helpful. Thank you to Lydia and Dustin for making what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant experience. More

Great experience buying a Honda CERTIFIED used car for nearly $20,000 in Sept. 11. I went in on Friday at 5 and had the car on the road by 10 am on Sat. Justin did up the paperwork and Wes handled the fin nearly $20,000 in Sept. 11. I went in on Friday at 5 and had the car on the road by 10 am on Sat. Justin did up the paperwork and Wes handled the financing.We all shook hands and I was thrilled with my car. The buyer experience was EXCELLENT. I was assured that the car was trouble free and I was sold extended warranties ( for $1400) to boost the coverage even more . I went in for a routine oil change in April when the warning came on. He told me they were too busy to spray a cleaner on the seat to remove a stain . I was informed by the service tech that my tires were nearly bald and at a dangerous level. I had been assured at purchase that the car had been fitted with " good " tires and I would need to do nothing for at least a year. I can understand wear and tear issues but at approx. 10,000 miles of driving, these tires must have been used and low grade at time of purchase. For a $20,000 car I would expect to have been able to drive it for more than 10,000 miles without the tires going bald. The tech person was willing to "fix me up " with a set of new tires for ONLY $1000. When I brought up all my warranties and the Honda certified used car claims, he told me that tires were not a part of that. At purchase I had asked specifically if they had put new tires on the car and was told vaguely , "it's a Honda Certified car" . They were sprayed with gloss to look showroom new. In over 40yrs. of driving and with 9 family vehicles purchased at Lundgren, I have never had "good quality" tires wear out at 10,000 miles. I am disappointed that I was sold a car with tires that wore out in approx. 7 months time. After calling around, I have found other tire dealers who have top end tires for a lot less money, and I have been told that the tires that were on the car when I purchased it must have been very close to the limit for safety. I came into Lundgren and was not so sure I was gonna buy, had a little glitch with sales(person). I expressed my concerns in this area. They changed my salesman and from that point forward - very happy and satisfied with the sale, the service, the follow-up and customer service given and overall am really happy with my car that I'm leasing. The price was good and I feel good in a new, reliable, great looking and performing car. Noah, you turned a not so good buying experience into a hassle free and much more comfortable buying experience. I appreciate your professionalism, the excellent follow-up and true concern for a happy customer, that's all we want in anything we're buying. You made it a possibility for me, and I truly mean that, as I might not have come back. I thank you again, your skills in this arena are unsurpassable, as ACCORDING TO MY STANDARD! (the customer is always top priority and you understand this). He did a great job which made him dependable. He acted beyond my expectations, just like a new friend. For instance, he brought all paper works to my place (25 miles more driving) to get my wife's signature, just because she was too tired to go to Lundgren. I strongly recommend Lundgren and I'm happy for doing business with them. More
