My experience at Lundgren was second to none. After looking at several dealerships, including 2 other Honda dealerships, it was refreshing dealing with Neal Latino. From the time my husband and I stepp looking at several dealerships, including 2 other Honda dealerships, it was refreshing dealing with Neal Latino. From the time my husband and I stepped on the lot we never felt pressured. Neal was helpful showing us used and new cars. Lundgren had the best deals out there without having to hassle about prices. We ended up with a new Honda Civic....Thank you Lundgren and Neil for making car shopping easy! More
I deceided to have my service done at Lundgren because it was much closer for me and I had a lot of erands to get done on my day off. However wish I would have gone back to my dealer. I had bought the Sentinel package (ex package that includes all oil changes) when I purchased my new 2011 Pilot and have only had one oil change up until today! They argued with me saying it "states in black in white oil changes are not included!" My service rep even had the Warrenty specialist Amy look and was sure that I was not covered! Im not sure if the service I received was due to the fact I did not buy my car there. However, I was willing to give them my business with service, which they will never get again. I will drive the extra 20min out of my way! Also, when I checked out I had asked them if they received the fax from my dealer whom looked up my service agreement and they just blew me off! Oh and the last time I knew when you bring your vehicle in for service with a dealer, they wash and vaccum the vehicle....Well they didn't! I guess I just expected the service I have been treated with at my dealer, and the kicker is they weren't even busy, so its not like they were rushing trying to get a quick oil change and tire rotation done and the next car in! Oh well... More

Lundgren was our third dealership stop on the hunt for a "new" used car. Immediately we were struck by the professional and no-pressure approach to car sales - what a refreshing change! Our salesman, Neal Latino, took the time to discuss with us what we were looking for BEFORE walking the lot, a nice departure from the meandering, pressured sales pitches elsewhere. After we discussed what we wanted and sorted through their used cars online, we looked at a few and test drove two cars. Neal encouraged us to do their 24-hour test drive, which turned out to be a great option. It gave me an opportunity to see how the car handled in my everyday routine, what it was like to parallel park, and to discover features I didn't notice on the brief test drive. By the next day I knew that this was the car I wanted, and that I wanted to buy it from Lundgren. The whole process was seamless - every step just fell into place. Neal was incredibly attentive and helpful in the process, even giving us his cell phone number to call with any questions, of which, invariably, I had many. He promptly answered every inquiry with exemplary professionalism, knowledge, and sense of humor. The price of the car was better than any other place we looked, but even if it hadn't been, the customer service alone would keep me going back to Lundgren. My dread of the process of buying a car was quickly supplanted by sheer awe and happiness that it could be this easy and enjoyable. I plan to return to Lundgren for my next car purchase and highly recommend working with Neal to find your perfect car. More

I had been searching for a car for several months online and at dealerships. I found a car I thought I would like to try and e-mailed the Auburn site. Within minutes of sending the e-mail Lydia called me! I was amazed at how qucikly they responed. I explained that I lived in Greenfield and the car I owned would not make the trip to Auburn. She was willing to transfer a car to the Greenfield location for me to test drive. Minutes after I hung up with her the Greenfield location called me. The car was going to be transfered in a couple of days. I continued to go to other dealerships looking. I decided to stop into Lundgren in Greenfield and met with a sales man (I think his name is Greg) on his day off! He was great to deal with we had a few laughs and I test drove a Nissan Altima. At this time I thought that I wanted a Toyota Camery and had found one at another dealer, so I continued on my search. Greg was going to keep me updated about the transfer of the Honda I wanted to look at from Auburn. The next day I found a ride from a friend to the Auburn location. I called ahead at 8:30 am to let them know I would be coming down. They had the exact same Toyota I looked at at the other dealer in Greenfield for the same price but 30,000 less miles. I stopped at yet another dealer on the way and for lunch and ended up in Auburn several hours after I told them I would be there with my friend her 2yr old daughter and my 2yr old daughter. There was a great playroom for them to hang out in while I looked around. This dealership I found to be very family/kid friendly. Which was very important to me. Russ was great about everything. It was his day off but he hung around waiting for me anyway! When I got there he had the Toyota all ready for me and I decided that I needed to drive a Honda Accord before I could confirm that I wanted the Toyota. We walked the lot and I found a beautiful 2008 Honda Accord in a dark grey (color was very important to me LOL). Russ and I took it for a test drive and I fell in LOVE with it. It rode so smooth and handled extreemly well (even when we almost missed our exit LOL). Russ and I had great conversations and many laughs! I decided this was the car for me. It was late in the afternoon and I did not have my plates with me to transfer them to the new car. So I had to return the next day (Saturday) to pick up the car. I did not know how I was going to make it back to Auburn as I live 70+ miles away and did not have a ride or a reliable car. Russ took care of it for me! He sent a car and driver to pick me up the next morning. Jerry my driver was awesome! Again, we had great conversation and many laughs! When I got back to Auburn I had to wait for Russ to show up. I must admit I was a little annoyed that I had to wait until he showed up with my car but he had a big surprise! He had put an automatic car starter in my new car an no extra charge!!!! I was so surprised and happy (and felt a little bad that I was annoyed LOL)!!!!! I have NO regrets about the car I choose or the price I paid or the dealership I went through! Overall I found Lundgren Honda both in Auburn and Greenfield to be friendly and great to work with. They have great cars and great prices and they worked hard for me. I would absoultely reccomend them to anyone looking for a car. I have already posted a great review with pictures of my new car on Facebook! If I ever needed/wanted to buy another car I would definately go to Lundgren Honda first! More

I will definetly deal with Lundgren in the future,and refer anyone looking for an automobile to them. More
