At the end she sat patiently with us during the whole paperwork and even though it lasted a couple of hours she was charming and kept entertaining us. The managers were very nice as well and gave me a good deal on the car and a very reasonable price for my trade in. Neal Latino is an exceptional sales person at a great dealership. He listened to my needs and helped me find the right car with the safety features I was looking for. He went above and beyond in many ways: First, he knew I was willing to buy the car they had in stock due to time constraints, but that I preferred a different color. He searched for my preference and had that one delivered from another dealer. Secondly, he knew I was going to be losing my company car a few days before I could take ownership of the new car. Within hours he arranged for me to have a loaner car to use while I waited for the new car. It was only over a weekend, but it made all the difference in the world! Third, he arranged for my insurance to be adjusted to reflect the new car. He did this so quickly that my insurance agent had all the information long before I called to give them the update. Throughout the process, he quickly and efficiently answered all my phone calls and helped me with the car buying process. He was a delight to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. Everyone else we worked with at Lundgren was very helpful, friendly, and were not high-pressure in the least. I spent half a day at Lundgren Honda to purchase a used Pilot. I test drove the automobile, negotiated with the salesperson, got a trade-in value for my car and did all the paperwork associated with finan Pilot. The next day, I was told the car I "purchased" had already been sold. I wrote a letter of complaint to Patrick Lundgren but got no response until I also wrote to the owner of the company, Honda Motors Corporation in California, the BBB and the Attorney General. 3 months later they are still taking their time responding to me. Check out the BBB and other reviews of this dealership - they aren't good. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! More
