From the time I walked into the dealership to the time I left, I was taken care of. Peter DePierri was very knowledgeable about the hybrid cars that I was interested in and although it was near closing no left, I was taken care of. At no point was I ever pressured into something I didn't want. I worked with Glenn in sales. He was attentive, patient, knowledgeable and has a vast wealth of useful information at his fingertips. It's not at all surprising given his high-tech background. I thought we developed quite a bit of rapport, as I have a similar background. I was impressed enough that I decided to make a purchase on the spot on my first visit after my first test drive. When buying a car, I don't have the time or inclination to be involved in a drawn-out, back-and-forth process. Lundgren Honda is a refreshing, pleasant surprise. This is the Honda dealer to go to. Not the biggest in the area but by far the best. They offer no haggle pricing and it's not a trick. No pressure environment with all the pricing up on the wall.
