When my wife's 15 year old car drew it's last breath, we needed to do something quickly. Living in Auburn we had a Honda dealership a mile from our home and decided to check it out. Feeling apprehensive since we didn't know what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the buying process was so easy. Our salesperson, Russ Houle, was outstanding. He was a great listener and after asking all the right questions, made arrangements to bring in a 2008 Civic Hybrid from their Greenfield dealership. I was able to test drive it for two days before making a decision. Both my wife and I fell in love with it. Russ and general manager, Don McKuen, are two of the most genuine people that you can ever hope to meet. I would highly reccommend them and will be singing their praises for a long time to come. From the time I walked into the dealership to the time I left, I was taken care of. Peter DePierri was very knowledgeable about the hybrid cars that I was interested in and although it was near closing no left, I was taken care of.
