I walked into this dealership with the intention to just drive a Honda CRV to see if it might be the next car I would purchase. I knew I was in no hurry to buy and really wanted to shop around. He walked around the lot with me and let me take a drive in one of there many used Honda CRV's. I was so impressed with not only the vehichle but with Neil. He made me feel so comfortable and I instantly felt very trusting of him.. Low and behold, I purchased my 1st Honda within a few hours.. The reason as to why I rated Lundgren Honda a perfect 5 is because they had shown absolutely fantastic customer service. Me and my girlfriend walked in on a Sunday night, around 5:15pm, and asked if they were still open. Weston said "Unfortunately we are closed but what are you looking for, maybe I can help you out". Mind you, he has his brief case in hand with jacket and hat on, ready to go out the door. We let him know that we were interested in a great deal we had seen online to lease a 2011 Honda Civic LX.... $0 down and Lundgren made the first month's payment. Weston offered to stay and have us fill out the paperwork to see if it would be available. I came back the next day for a test drive and to fill out the remainder of the paperwork. Weston introduced me to Neal, my salesman. Neal was great! He took me on my test drive and helped me get the best deal. I literally walked out of there without having to pay a dime until the following month. He made it so I could make monthly payments of $220/month and it included taxes, title, payments, registration, my plates and an exterior/interior vehicle appearance protection program that covers any dents, dings, stains or tears in or on the vehicle. I have never had such a satisfying experience with a car sale as I have had with them and I currently have three vehicles and have had 5 others in the past. I plan on recommending them to anyone interested in making a car sale and I will go back to them for all of my future vehicular needs. More

We definitely recommend Lundgren, we've purchased our second Honda there, we knew it was the place to go to. It is so well kept, so friendly including room for children. I came to Lundgren after having a bad experience at another dealership. I was treated as a valued customer at Lundgren. Staff at Lundgren worked to find the best financing options for me based on my excellent credit rating, and, were more than fair in what they gave for my trade-in vehicle. We bought our first Honda in Massachusetts in 2006 and liked the service so much we decided to get our next Honda at the same dealership. Buying the car was not the problem. The price was fair & I wasnt pressured, & I didnt have to haggle. The problem was the car was of piece of crap. I have owned all Honda (Acura) products for the last 15 I wasnt pressured, & I didnt have to haggle. The problem was the car was of piece of crap. I have owned all Honda (Acura) products for the last 15 years - 6 cars. The quality, post 2006, seemed 2 b deteriorating. I bought a new 2009 Accord, V6, loaded, that had nothing but problem.Until I bought that car I had never gone back 2 the dealer for defect issues with less than 50k on the car. This accord needed a valve job at 8k. I was concerned. Lungren (LN) said they would stand behind the car, extend the warranty, what ever they had 2 do to make me happy. But they never did. More problems ensued under 30k, transmission, cooling, brakes. After the valve job the car had poor fuel economy and lacked power. Once we got past Lemon Law mileage, they didnt want to know anything - the problems were my imagination. I told the owner of my concerns and that I was really unhappy w/the car. He said He would buy the car back and give me ANY car on the lot for cost. Other people had problems w/ the 08 & 09 Accord, he had used cars on the lot - I did not want another Accord. Read up, these are not your typical, reliable hondas. I "appraised" by car and said he would give me $15k in trade - I bought the car less than a year hence for 27k. At the time the Bluebook was at least 21k. So I said no thanks. I got rid of the car &, just 2 see if he would keep his word, and give me "any car I have at cost" I saw an 09 Acura I liked. I did my research and found it was pretty much problem free. I called the owner & asked him what was cost. He said his offer - now, only extended 2 new vehicles. He knew I was totally dissatisfied w/my Honda so why would I want 2 buy another. He lied, and his service manager lied on many many occasions. Honda did the valve job under warranty but after that, didnt want to stand behind the car. To recap - buying the car was fair and easy. The car was a POS (do some research on the newer Accords), & Honda did not stand behind the car. The owner extended a "swap" that was intended to take $$ out of my pocket both selling my car and buying his. More
