Sold us a truck, financied the truck, and then stated that the truck was not financed after 3 months. Who sells cars says there financed and then lies 3 months later and says they now are not. We consulted our lawyer and the bill of sale and financing was already in place. Long story short they cheated use in the finance depratment and lied.We were obviously in the right and kept the veichcle. They were wrong, but what an hassle to go threw. The stated that we did not purchase a 100,000 mile warranty that we paid 2,000 dollars for. Lied and said we didn't have the warranty. Said they sold use a 60,000 mile warranty, when we bought the truck it had 40,000 miles. The salesperson explained it as the truck as 40,000 miles so in 60,000 thousand miles it will be 100,000 thousand miles. Yet again we paid 2,000 dollars for that warranty, to reach 100,000 miles not an warramty for 20,000 miles that costs 2 grand rediculous!!! After have to deal with yet another hassle it was fixed after they said we were n the wrong numerous times. This dealer used to be a GREAT dealer, and ever since the son took it over it has become a place of fraud. To bad to. We have brought the truck several times in for problems under the warranty and 3 years later they are saying again we don't have one after numerous times they have covered us for other warranty issues what a joke! Poor managment at its best! More

About every 5 years i buy a new car.my daughter told me about Lundgren so i decided to give them a try. Not the typical stealership experience. No sales pressure, friendly atmosphere, good price. I bought an 05 Acura TL for well under book value. There is no haggling on price as they have competitive pricing. Neal Latino was the salesman and he was very easy to work with. He did everything in his power to make the deal right. He went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. They stand behind their product offering a 6 month/6k mile warranty, much more than most 30 day warranties at other dealers. They also offer free roadside assistance and supply free loaner cars. All in all, when it is time for another car I will return to Lundgren and work with Neal. It was well worth doing the 120 mile roundtrip from my home. Highly recommended. More

We have been a Chevy customer for years, but after our daughter bought a Honda, we thought we would see more about them. We went to Lundgren because they were recommended by a friend. We were pleased to be greeted by Loisann, a friendly saleperson who let us browse, ask questions, but was never overbearing or "high-pressure." After a short time we fell in love with a 2010 Polished Metal Metallic Accord EX sedan. We were allowed to take a nice long test drive and our minds were made up. Because of an issue with the title on our trade-in vehicle, were had to come back another day to finalize the transaction. Even though Loisann was not there, Randall happily handled all of the details for us. Then it came to the part I always dread - Seeing the "finance guy." My anxiety was completely unfounded. Jeff handled all the paperwork like a pro, and only offered add-on's that made sense for our family. They even handled the complex task of transferring our Connecticut vanity plates from our trade-in vehicle. When we picked up our new wheels, it was gleaming, full of gas, and Loisann had even put post-it tags on the important pages of the owners manual. I will recommend Lundgren Honda to any of my friends and family who are looking for a car. More
