NO SALES PRESSURE is the key to Lundgren and each employee went out of our way to meet our needs. Jonathan Mason especially followed up on items such as the LoJack we had installed in the car. Our insurance company needed to see a certificate to update our insurance discount. Jonathan worked with us from the first day we purchased the car. We had been wanting a Honda Pilot for about a year now. We met with a sales rep in August and kept his card. When the time came to buy, we called him. Although he wasn't able to help due to being out on medical leave, he gave the name of another rep who was GREAT. My husband went down and spoke with hime then I came in to meet with him. I was never fearful that I was being taken advantage of or that people were trying to "put one over one me." I really wanted a black vehicle and they were able to get what I asked for. We love the service we received and we love driving our Honda Pilot!! More

Before going to Lundgren, I had asked my friends to come for support, especially because I speak Portuguese and I’m not understand everything in English but fortunately, I can say it, after so many prayers asking God directions, for what can I do? Keep my Honda 2007 that I loved? Or do another lease for 2010? Or find another car? I decided to head to the dealership by myself. As soon as I walked in, looking for the first dealer in 2007, but I didn’t saw him. Jonathan was able to put me at ease with his friendliness; my first dealer wasn’t working there anymore. And I start to talk with Jonathan about my questions, what is the best deal? Jonathan was very nice and patience with my broke English in our conversation. I got a good deal on a 2010 Honda Civic and was able to pick it up two days after our deal. He still care of all my doubts about the car anytime when I called him with my questions.
