As a young female, I am always weary going into car dealerships without "backup." Before going to Lundgren I had asked my mother to come for support but unfortunately couldn't make it, so I decided to dealerships without "backup." As soon as I walked in, Jonathan was able to put me at ease with his friendliness and the fact that Lundgren doesn't "play games" with their customers. I got a pretty good deal on a 2007 Honda CR-V (on a Thursday) and was able to pick it up on Saturday. I went into the dealership just to look and they were so great I called the next day and bought the car! Jeff (who deals with the finances) was able to get me a great rate that was a point and a half lower than what my bank offered. There was no pressure from any of the people I dealt with which was great. I had gone through a couple rough patches with some dealerships so it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Lundgren.
