We have been helped by Gail Fitzpatrick, and she got all records for a Honda that was bought and serviced there at Lundgren Honda. Then we had on going starter issues and she got our car into service the ne records for a Honda that was bought and serviced there at Lundgren Honda. Then we had on going starter issues and she got our car into service the next day. before the end of the day she called us and told us the tech who worked on our car found the problem and had it fixed by 2pm !!! We were so happy that Gail got the car into service asap and we picked it up that afternoon. She is excellent at her job and how she helps the customers, with that said my wife and I will always have our Honda serviced at Lundgren and highly recommend this dealership! And because of Gail with the way she worked with us is on this issue Lundgren Honda has a new customer for service and to purchase a new car from them in the future.
