Please be informed and look at your bill for sevices. They slip in a charge for "customer pay shop charge for repair order". After talking to a manager he said it was for disposal of products for the ser They slip in a charge for "customer pay shop charge for repair order". After talking to a manager he said it was for disposal of products for the service. Fees appear to be random and range from 1 to over 5 dollars. I had an oil change done twice. One time this fee was $1.59 the other time $1.65. They also had a "FC Fluid Charge" that was $2.00. I'm not sure what that was for but I guess I'll have to call back and see. Be extremely cautious when checking out. Go over your bill completely and question all charges. I'll be taking my car elsewhere for future service. More

I wasn't there for my than 2.5 hours. I've never had such an amazing experience at a car dealership. It was so much fun I might even throw my kids birthday party there!! More
