Easy process Located car online and followup to the inquiry was prompt and helpful. Quickly scheduled a test drive and had a deal done in no time. Another great experience Mike greeted us with a friendly smile and enthusiasm when we arrived at Lundgren to make our 4th Honda Purchase (5th vehicle purchase from Lundgren ov Mike greeted us with a friendly smile and enthusiasm when we arrived at Lundgren to make our 4th Honda Purchase (5th vehicle purchase from Lundgren over the years). How they have changed since our 1977 Honda Civic! Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional as we looked for our new Pilot. After making our selection, he was very patient when teaching us the many different features the car has to offer. He spent as much time as we needed without making us feel rushed. Greg and Brian were also very pleasant, professional and helpful with the financial piece of the purchase. We are always happy with the product and the service at Lundgren Honda. More

Watch Out! In the beginning, working with Lydia she seemed fairly pleasant. However, right after I signed the papers she was extremely rude and difficult. I had not even had my car for a month when I noticed a crack coming from the molding. It started where the windshield was black, so inspection would have missed it / and I wouldn’t have seen it. I contacted her multiple times until I received I ride short ill-mannered response…”So you took delivery of the car a month ago, and then call and demand my attention and just assume I will call you back?”.. This is coming from someone who praised that they were a family owned business. So if you buy your car and have it less than 30 days, don’t expect a response from Lydia! And yes, I assumed she would call me back.. That’s her job! More

Go somewhere else Found cut in one of the tires a day after I left. They did nothing when it went flat. They told me I must have hit a nail. I sent them pictures.
