New Car! I started my new car journey not really knowing what I wanted or where I should head. I have previously purchased a used car with Lundgren (back in 20 I started my new car journey not really knowing what I wanted or where I should head. I have previously purchased a used car with Lundgren (back in 2008) and had a GREAT experience so I naturally wanted to work with them again. I was searching around at different locations but almost always came back to the Lundgren Honda website. Then came Dan Roskidany into the mix. Dan listened to my needs, reviewed my thoughts, gave me recommendations and as of today I am now the driver of a Honda HR-V. Dan's knowledge, sense of humor, and ability to explain and re-explain options to a stressed out first-time new (not used!) car purchaser really made Lundgren once again a great car buying experience. New HRV for Mom Russell took the initiative to greets us at the dealer and it was a done deal from there. He was friendly, knowledgeable and charismatic. He listened to our needs and wants then delivered the vehicle Mom wanted and the price I could afford. Russell offered his time to explain the many options and features plus other choices. As a bonus, he gave us a loaner until delivery since we needed a replacement car in a hurry. His outstanding service made the difference amongst 2 other dealers.
